Smoker jailed for assault

A 60-year-old man has been jailed four months for assaulting a tobacco
control inspector.
He was arrested by Police for assaulting the inspector at the Muk Au Seafood
Restaurant in Sha Tin on August 24.
He was sentenced in Sha Tin Magistracy today.
